Lemon Cupcakes with Chocolate Frosting

Today is my nieces 7th birthday, and every birthday needs a cup cake!

A pretty plate filled with cup cakes is enough decoration for any party as a table centrepiece.

So quick and easy to make and today I made her favourite lemon cup cakes with chocolate frosting.

"All we need is Love and Cupcakes"

She absolutely adores sprinkles and I I have showered the cakes with sprinkles of love hearts and mini smarties to make them really sparkle. More the merrier as far as she is concerned!
